The "I Love Me" Meditation classes teach a series of ancient exercises designed to assist humanity in awakening, empowerment and healing. The teachings are easy for anyone to learn and powerful enough to change the world, one love-filled being at a time. This simple practice can become an integral part of your personal development and teach you step-by-step how to love yourself and transform your life. Through experience and practice you will learn to:

• Generate life-giving frequencies all the time, anytime, anywhere.
• Connect with your source of power.
• Balance right and left brain hemispheres.
• Awaken dormant faculties and increase sensitivity.
• Access and experience more of your full potential.
• Reclaim your power and experience greater fulfillment.

Classes are currently offered throughout the year at various locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Level I: $ 90 For six class series
Level II: $90 For six class series
Youth: $30 ~ $60 sliding scale
