The "I Love Me" Meditation classes teach a series of ancient exercises
designed to assist humanity in awakening, empowerment and healing. The teachings are easy for anyone to learn and powerful enough to change the world, one love-filled being at a time. This simple practice can become an integral part of your personal development and teach you step-by-step how to love yourself and transform your life. Through experience and practice you will learn to:

• Generate life-giving frequencies all the time, anytime, anywhere.
• Connect with your source of power.
• Balance right and left brain hemispheres.
• Awaken dormant faculties and increase sensitivity.

Level I: 'I Love Me'
During this series of 6 one-hour weekly classes you will begin generating and applying 
life-giving frequencies using a specifically outlined practice. You will learn to perceive 
and clear your auric field, connect with centers of power, and use an ancient and 
transformational symbol. The journey begins as you learn to consciously generate
the frequency of love.

Level II: 'I Love Me' Infinity
Level II expands upon the Level I material. Advanced techniques and symbol work help you to develop 
your sensitivities and awaken dormant faculties. As you practice these techniques, you expand 
your conscious awareness, promote mind-body healing, and access more of your true potential.
